I'm getting my hair done tomarrow, I'm getting a lot of really light highlights but I have dark eyebrows, could they dye my eyebrows lighter? Is that what an eyebrow tint is?What is an eyebrow tint?

its better to have brows darker than hair if you are doing streaks lites sounds like you'll have some dark so leave them.

Yep. Eyebrow tint is coloring your brows to more closely match your haircolor. But if you're just getting highlights, I don't think I'd tint my brows...
