How can i tint my eyebrows lighter at home?

I have medium/light brown hair, and i want to dye it lighter, but the thing is i have like really dark eyebrows, and i live in ga and you cant leaglly get your eyebrows tinted here, so how can i lighten them up at home? ive used hair dye before but that just made them look kinda redHow can i tint my eyebrows lighter at home?
I saw a beauty feature %26amp; a makeup pro said she like to use Jolene bleach for the face to lighten brows. She left it on for 3-5 minutes %26amp; wiped it off before rinsing.
