Lets say your blond and your eyebrows are transparent, you cant see them at all.
Now lets say you want to dye your hair darker, like brunette.
Its going to look strange being brunette with blond eyebrows, so eyebrow tinting is simply dyeing your eyebrows a few shades darker/lighter, whatever you prefer.What is eyebrow tinting?
