MAC and Revlon have good eyebow lighteners for dark and heavy-looking eyebrows. It's comes in a mascara form. You can also try to bleach your brows if you like. You can look for it in drug stores or beauty stores. Don't bleach to often though. It can weaken your hair follices and can make the hair break easily.Eyebrow tinting?
it's not exactly made for eyebrow tinting, but I've used that new Perfect10 hair dye from clairol, it changes to the eyebrow color you want and it seems to last forever. I dyed my eyebrows a lighter blonde so it would match my hair. And it only takes 10 minutes and doesn't make your eyebrows itch! It usually costs $11.99-15.99, depends where you get it. =]
