Is this something you have to buy online?
They don't sell them at Safeway or stores like that. I doubt they sell them at Longs or Walgreens. I don't know any hair salons that sell hair colors (the salon nearest me only sells shampoos and styling gels.)
I'm looking for blonde eyebrow tints. Should I just use a Q-tip and use the hair dye on it or buy it?Where to buy eyebrow tints?
OOOOOO. Im not sure about that, but I guess you should go with that idea of yours about the qtip thing.
