i tinted my eyebrows at home, and as long as you take ur time to apply the stuff correctly, without getting too much on the skin you shouldnt really have any problems...
ohh andd as long as your not allergic to the dye/tint stuff... that may not be good =PWhat are the risks of tinting the eyebrows at home?
You may not have any eyebrows left after the tinting session.
i guess if you wear goggles the risk really isn't that high.
